Jeffco renewal kiosks print stickers on the spot
A Porch Note from Colorado Porch — plain-English local details for all 64 Colorado counties.
The wait for new tabs in the mail can run longer than the renewal itself. An MV Express kiosk skips that step: feed in an eligible renewal, pay, and the machine prints the registration stickers right there for you to press onto your plate before you drive home.
Jeffco residents are not tied to a single machine. Any kiosk will do, including ones sitting in other counties, so the closest grocery store or county building on your route works as well as the one nearest your house.
These kiosks handle more than just tabs. They also renew vehicle registration, check title status, and pull duplicate registrations and duplicate tabs when the originals go missing.
The catch is eligibility. A renewal carrying an insurance, emissions, address, title, or plate issue may not pass the kiosk and could need a person to sort it out. So glance at your renewal notice first to confirm it qualifies, then bring the vehicle information and an accepted payment method along when you go.
