Colorado Porch (the "Site") is operated by Emma Rose Holdings LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains how the Site handles information.

When you browse

Colorado Porch is a static information site. It does not offer account creation, logins, or payment processing, and you do not need to give us personal information to read it. Like most websites, our hosting and content-delivery provider, Cloudflare, may process standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and requested pages to deliver and secure the Site.

When you send page feedback

The feedback form asks for a message and lets you add an email address if you want a reply. It also sends the page title and address, the type of feedback, and the time sent. For a short abuse limit, the server combines your network address and browser identifier into a one-way key. That key expires quickly and is not included in the feedback record.

We use feedback to check facts, fix pages, improve the Site, prevent abuse, and reply when you ask us to. Depending on the Site's current delivery setup, a note may be stored with Cloudflare or sent through a configured email or webhook provider. We do not sell feedback or use it for advertising. We keep it only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes, security records, and legal obligations.

Spam protection

The feedback form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish people from automated submissions. Cloudflare may process technical information for that check under its Turnstile privacy terms. The form is hidden when the spam check or a delivery inbox is not configured.

Cookies and tracking

The Site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Colorado Porch uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand which pages people visit and whether those pages load well. Its reports may include total visits and page views, page paths, referring sites, broad country and device details, and page-speed measurements such as Core Web Vitals. Cloudflare says this service does not use cookies or local storage, does not fingerprint individual readers, and does not log URL query strings. Calculator and tool entries, raw search words, feedback messages, and email addresses are not sent to this service. See Cloudflare's Web Analytics overview and FAQ.

Colorado Porch also counts a small set of useful actions: opening a search result, getting no search result, using a calculator, following an official source, moving to a place or county page, and opening or sending feedback. These counts contain only the action name, the current page path, and a broad type such as place or guide. They do not include raw search words, calculator entries or results, feedback messages, email addresses, URL query strings, cookies, account IDs, or visitor identifiers. This signal does not run when Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track is enabled in the browser.

If we later add email signup, advertising, affiliate links, or another kind of measurement beyond what is described here, we will update this policy to explain the change and any choices you have.

Please do not submit sensitive information

Do not submit confidential personal, tax, legal, insurance, or financial information through the Site.

Children

The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13.

We may update this policy as the Site evolves. The "last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
